| Eligibility for Admission |

- H.SC (10+2) or equvalient examination from any statutory Board with minimum 50% marks (60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry
- Mathematics) for SC/ST (HSc 10+2)candidates with minimum 45% marks (55% aggregate marks in Physics,Chemistry ,Mathematics)
- Only for the acadmeic year 2008-09- Test scores of AIEEE/JEE/MH-CET will be considered for admission to Indian students
- For foreign/NRI/PIO students the merit will be based on the basis of the performance in Std.XII., For eligibility and admission procedure
- International Students may contact the International Office of the University

| Policy of admission against vacant seats under reserved category |
| |
| In case some seats remain vacant due to the non-availability of suitable candidates in the categories of reservations then information about the number of vacant seats in each categroy will be reported to the Symbiosis International University and with the permission of the Vice-Chancellor , the seats will be converted to the general category seats and students on merit list will be offered these seats. |

| The following are the reservation rules that shall be followed while admitting Indian students: With-in the intake : |

- Scheduled Caste 15%
- Schedule Tribe: 7.5%
- Differently abled students 3%
- Management Quota 15% over and above sanctioned intake
- Kashmiri migrants 2 seats over ad above the sanctioned intake
- International students (NRI / Foreign / PIO) 15%

| The Prospectus & Form will be available at Rs. 1300/- by cash at SIT office and by DD of Rs. 1350/- in case you want prospectus by post. DD should be made in favour of " Symbiosis Institute of Technology" payable at Pune. |
